On this YouTube channel, Lucas and I explore a wide range of design-related topics, including product design, UX/UI, branding, and innovation. In our bi-weekly episodes, we discuss professional practices, emerging technologies, trend analyses, and many other aspects that influence design in our everyday life and businesses. With a casual and informative approach, the pod aims to promote education and foster the exchange of experiences among designers and design enthusiasts.
The Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA) promotes the practice of industrial design through education, information, community, and advocacy. Founded in 1965, the nonprofit is one of the oldest and largest membership associations for industrial design professionals. I'm currently the Vice Chair of the New York City chapter, where we collaborate with companies, institutions and individuals to promote the creative industry in the region.
I co-founded this community to connect Brazilian industrial designers worldwide, and it has grown far beyond my expectations. Today, we are a network of over 300 designers who share knowledge, collaborate on initiatives, and provide global insights. Open to both students and professionals, our mission is to strengthen and raise the visibility of the Brazilian design community globally.
